Classic's Michigan Warehouses

Classic Transportation and Warehousing has strategically positioned our warehouse and distribution facilities minutes from Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Kalamazoo and 30 minutes from the lake shore of West Michigan. We purposely placed our facilities close to the business communities, and can outside the congestion. Our location next to US 131 and M6 allows our supply chain partners and customers easy access to and from our warehouse facilities.

We have over 300,000 square feet of food grade warehousing space in Grand Rapids, Michigan. A temperature controlled building and a facility that can handle hazardous goods. We welcome short or long term arrangements and will customize the agreement to meet each parties needs.

Our Michigan warehousing services include, but are not limited to, cross docking, intermodal container management, storage, kitting, assembly, picking, repack, labeling and international logistics. We have warehousing and logistics experience with the automotive industry along with large retail and national chains such as Kohl's, Meijer, Dicks Sporting Goods, MC Sports to name a few. Classic will create cost effective solutions for any service type our customer's require. We support customers that ship a few cartons per month to the customer that needs a stand alone facility.

Our Warehouse Management System tracks inventory movement and provides timely reports at the customer's request. The receiving team at Classic is trained to complete quality inspections and to help our customers develop operating procedures to eliminate any communication gaps. Once materials are received, Classic has the skill set to pick and pack, special packaging, kitting or cross docking pallets for shipment.

Michigan Warehousing and fulfillment are just a few of the services we offer. All our facilities are customs bonded and Classic is a container depot for several large steamship lines. Our experience in imports, exports and order fulfillment give us the skill set to offer complete supply chain solutions.
