The History Of Classic Transportation and Warehousing Services in Michigan

Classic Transportation and Warehousing Services, Inc. was incorporated in April of 1988, with the first services being provided in January of 1989.

Classic started out as a four person operation and has evolved into an employee owned company (ESOP) with over 45 employees who have a strong reputation for excellence, making it one of the top transportation and warehousing companies in Michigan.

Classic is located in Grand Rapids Michigan. Our services include: Container pool, Common & Contract freight carrier, Container Freight Station and Customs Bonded Foodgrade Warehouse Facility providing public and contract warehousing in the West Michigan market.

It is our goal to become the number one transportation and warehousing company in Michigan and to provide superior service at a competitive cost. We feel that this simple philosophy will bring us the growth we look forward to in the future. Our location gives us the resources to continue to grow at the requests, as well as the requirements, of our current and potential customers. Our complex was designed for continuous expansion capabilities, and it is our commitment to fulfill this long-term plan to insure our success in the future.
